At ElectroAnt, we believe that a lithium battery is only as good as its weakest cell. Our manufacturing floor in Jaipur is divided into separate climate-controlled zones to prevent dust contamination during assembly, ensuring the highest standards of safety and capacity.
We build battery packs using premium Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NMC) and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cell chemistries, optimized specifically for Indian climate conditions where temperatures can exceed 45°C.

Incoming cells are kept in temperature chambers and tested. Cells are sorted using automated resistance grading. Any cell varying by more than 0.5mΩ or 5mAh is rejected to prevent imbalance.
Cells are housed in fire-retardant cell holders. We use pneumatic micro-spot welders to weld high-purity pure nickel strips. This creates solid, vibration-proof joints with zero heat damage to the cells.
A Battery Management System (BMS) with active cell balancing is integrated. The BMS is programmed to monitor individual cell strings, protecting the pack from overcharging, deep discharge, and short circuits.
The welded cell core is wrapped in thick, high-temperature barley paper and insulated epoxy sheets. It is then sealed inside heavy-duty, waterproof (IP65/IP67) sheet-metal or polycarbonate cases with EVA anti-vibration shock absorbers.
Every assembled pack undergoes full load stress tests, checking voltage drop curves under 1C/2C discharge rates. Pack temperature is monitored via thermal imaging cameras to ensure no hot-spots occur.
Once a battery pack passes our strict load tests, it is certified and marked with its unique barcode and performance log, packed in protective bubble sheets, and dispatched with its product warranty card.
Our batteries are designed to meet stringency regulations for light electric vehicles and stationary power backups, ensuring peace of mind, high energy density, and structural safety during thermal challenges.
