ElectroAnt was founded in Jaipur with a clear vision: to accelerate the adoption of clean energy in India by manufacturing reliable lithium-ion battery packs and creating a sustainable cycle through expert battery repair and maintenance services.

In the early days of the EV boom, we noticed that many fleet operators and vehicle owners were throwing away entire battery packs due to minor component failures or unbalanced cells. We built our specialized diagnostic workshop to balance, repair, and upgrade these batteries—saving customers up to 70% of the cost of a new battery.

Today, we operate a dual facility in Mansarovar Industrial Area where we manufacture high-capacity Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and Lithium-ion (NMC) packs, and operate Rajasthan's most advanced battery repair clinic.

Lithium-ion technology demands absolute precision. Our Mansarovar laboratory is equipped with industry-standard machinery to ensure every cell and battery module operates within safe thermal and electrical limits.

  • Pneumatic Micro-Spot Welders: Ensures ultra-low resistance connections between cells to avoid localized overheating.
  • 100A Charge/Discharge Cabinets: Heavy load testers that stress-test battery temperature and voltage drops under intense discharge.
  • Smart Cell Grading Systems: Specialized equipment that charges cells and measures precise discharge capacity to weed out weak cells.
